The Ayurveda health philosophy dates back many centuries. "Ayu" is the Indian word for "life", while "veda" means "knowledge". In the Ayurveda philosophy, the skin is a mirror of the soul, and warm oil and soft massage treatments serve to establish a harmonious balance of body, mind and soul. For our Ayurveda massage treatments we use flavoured sesame oil and original "pitta kapha vata" essences.
