Ayurvedic tradition sees skin as the mirror of the soul and utilizes warm oils and soft massages in order to re-establish a harmonic balance between body, mind and soul.
Ayurveda-treatments take place in the mornings. For our Ayurvedic massages we use aromatic sesame oil with original pitta, kapha and vata essences.
