FAQ

Short stays

A € 10 surcharge applies per person per day for stays of up to 3 days.

Check-in/Check-out

Your room is available for you from 3 pm on arrival day. Your room will remain reserved until 8 pm. Please do inform us should you arrive later than that. Rooms must be vacated until 11 am on departure day.

Rooms

Should you wish to book bed and breakfast only, we will grant you a discount of € 12 from the board arrangement rate. Double rooms may be booked as singles for a € 18 surcharge per day.

Mode of payment

Payments can be made in cash, by travellers cheque, Euro Card, Master Card and EC Card.

Bus connections

Bus connections are available to Vipiteno and many other places of interest. Please ask at reception for exact hours.

Ski bus

There is a free shuttle bus to the Racines ski resort. The bus stop is located right in front of the hotel.

Arrival

We will gladly pick you up from the Vipiteno train station, or Innsbruck airport.

Dogs

Dogs are more than welcome at Hotel Gasteigerhof, but are not allowed in the dining room and wellness area. A € 12 surcharge applies per day (food not included). Please bring along blankets, dog’s basket etc.

Cancellations

Cancellations are free until 4 weeks prior to arrival date. For late cancellations you may be charged 80 % of the original room rate. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid trouble. We recommend European travel insurance .

Security

Please store your valuables in the room safe or in the hotel safe (one space per room).
